With a stunning portfolio of many beautiful, impressive homes, we are proud to have built an excellent reputation in the area as a premium quality builder, with a dependable commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget. For example, within the last 10 years we have built over 40 properties, each one of which has been completed on budget and on time. Our project management removes the stress and worry, not to mention the frustrating and costly delays that managing a project yourself can entail.
Health and Safety
We are committed to providing a safe working environment. All our trades and contractors are fully accredited and insured, and work to the strict guidance of Method Statement and Risk Assessments to carry out their relevant tasks. We carry £5,000,000 Public Liability Insurance.
Structural Warranty
All our new builds are covered by a 10 Year Structural Warranty giving you complete peace of mind. In addition, in the event you experience any problems within the first two years after you have been handed the keys, we will be on call to visit and make any necessary rectifications.
